Returns & Exchanges
PACHA accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the applicable return policy and consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and complete with all original packaging, labels, tags, dust bags, accessories, authenticity cards and documentation, where applicable.
Items that are personalised, made-to-order, specially sourced, pre-order, final sale or otherwise excluded from return may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange, unless required by applicable law.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable return period stated on the website, at checkout or in the relevant order information. Items returned without prior approval, or outside the applicable return period, may not be accepted.
Once a return has been received, inspected and approved, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method. Delivery fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or additional service fees may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PACHA reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not comply with the stated return conditions.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
