PACHA provides delivery services through selected courier and logistics partners.
Delivery options, estimated timeframes and available regions may vary depending on the destination, product category, stock location and courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, regional restrictions, weather conditions or operational delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email or through your customer account, where available. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete, accurate and accessible.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
