Materials & Care

Each product offered by PACHA is selected with attention to quality, materials and craftsmanship.

To preserve the condition, structure and appearance of your item, we recommend storing it in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and prolonged contact with water. Products should not be overfilled or stored in a way that may alter their original shape.

Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol-based products, cleaning chemicals and abrasive surfaces, as these may affect the colour, texture or finish of the material. Please take particular care with light-coloured items, as colour transfer may occur through contact with dark or heavily dyed garments.

If your item becomes wet, gently remove excess moisture with a soft, clean and dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat, hair dryers, radiators or prolonged sunlight to speed up the drying process.

Natural variations in leather, suede, exotic materials, canvas, fabric or metal hardware may occur and should be considered part of the individual character of the item. Slight differences in tone, grain, texture, veining, hardware finish or surface appearance may be natural features rather than defects.

Packaging, dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, additional straps or accessories may vary depending on the brand, product category, sourcing channel and availability. Such items are included only where specifically stated on the relevant product page.

Always follow the care instructions provided on the product label or accompanying documentation where available. For delicate materials or specialist cleaning needs, we recommend consulting a professional luxury goods care specialist.

Changes caused by normal use, improper storage, excessive filling, contact with water, cosmetics, chemicals, colour transfer or unsuitable cleaning methods may be considered user-related wear and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
