PACHA orders are prepared with care and attention to presentation, protection and delivery quality.

Where available, items may be delivered with original brand packaging, protective packaging, dust bags, boxes, shopping bags or PACHA packaging, depending on the product, brand, category, sourcing channel and availability.

As PACHA operates as a curated multi-brand marketplace, original brand packaging may vary from item to item and may not always be available. Any included packaging, accessories or documentation will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

Gift options may be available during checkout. If gift packaging or a gift message service is offered for your order, this option will be displayed before purchase confirmation.

For gift orders, price information may be omitted from the parcel where operationally possible. However, invoices, customs documents or legally required paperwork may still include pricing information when required by law, courier procedures or international shipping regulations.
