For care, maintenance or repair-related enquiries, customers may contact our Client Service Team for guidance. Depending on the brand, product category, item condition, sourcing channel and type of service required, PACHA may provide general care advice or assist in directing the customer to the appropriate after-sales support channel.

Repair options may vary depending on the item, brand policy, product age, warranty status, availability of parts and the nature of the requested service. As PACHA operates as a curated multi-brand marketplace, repair services may not be available for every product.

Before any repair option, service fee or estimated timeframe can be confirmed, the item must first be reviewed and assessed. PACHA may request order details, product information and clear images of the item in order to evaluate the request.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorised repair attempts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to unsuitable conditions may not be covered by warranty or after-sales support.
