Intellectual property

The “PACHA” trademark, the logo of the four Ps, and the rest of the brands and logos related with PACHA, whether registered or not, that are displayed on the www.pacha.tr web site, as well as the PACHA.tr domain name, are and will remain the exclusive property of PACHA S.A. Applicable legislation, jurisdiction and controversies

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of the State of TURKEY. Any cause of action that may arise will be brought in the appropriate court in Istanbul, Istanbul.

Both access to the web site and use of its contents are subject to the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of use of the PACHA web site.

Limitation of liability

PACHA LLC does not guarantee or state that the www.pacha.tr web site is free of viruses, worms, Trojans or other types of destructive material.
